For companies, professional organizations, pharmaceutical sponsors, and CROs. I bring neuroscience, mindfulness, and depth psychology to workplaces through talks and workshops, and I help global trials measure cognition accurately across languages and cultures.

Endpoint strategy

Choosing and designing cognitive and clinical outcome endpoints that are sensitive, culturally valid, and feasible across regions. As an Asia-Pacific scientist with Cogstate, I advise sponsors and CROs.

Rater training & recalibration

Training and recalibrating raters (assessors who give the cognitive tests) in Mandarin, such as TICS-m training for Alzheimer’s trials in China, in person or online.

Cultural & linguistic adaptation

Adapting cognitive and clinical outcome measures for Chinese-speaking populations, so items hold relative validity in the local culture, not just in literal translation.

Cultural briefings for study teams

Training for project managers, rater (assessor) trainers, and clinical teams on Chinese languages and cultures and how they shape cognitive assessment, such as Cogstate’s “Bridging Worlds” sessions.

THE LIVING MANDALA

The circle holds the journey toward wholeness. Moon, mountains, water, and path evoke the inner landscape; leaves speak to growth and the living body. As the branches reach beyond the circle, they become neurons—where nature meets neuroscience. The circle evokes the Self: a wholeness larger than the conscious ego, already present yet continually unfolding, becoming more deeply known and lived along the way.
